11 Greatest Questions in the Bible

January 6, 2011

Monday’s post on “10 Questions Worth Asking” got me thinking about some of the great questions in the Bible. It is rich in content on so many levels, and some of the questions it poses to us are inspiring, convicting, and challenging. Here are some of them (in no particular order):

  1. If a man die, shall he live again? (Job 14:14)
  2. Doest thou well to be angry? (Jonah 4:4)
  3. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? (Romans 8:35)
  4. How shall we escape if we neglect so great salvation? (Hebrews 2:3)
  5. What shall I do then with Jesus which is called Christ? (Matthew 27:22)
  6. What must I do to be saved? (Acts 16:30)
  7. Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? (Acts 19:2)
  8. What is man, that thou art mindful of him? (Psalm 8:4)
  9. What shall a man give in exchange for his soul? (Matthew 16:26)
  10. What manner of persons ought ye to be? (2 Peter 3:11)
  11. If God be for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:31)

Which ones did I miss? What other questions from  the Bible can you think of? I would love to hear your comments!
