About

I am a writer, blogger, speaker, and average golfer.

This is my personal blog. It is focused on Christian life and leadership.

My goal is to create insightful and thought provoking content that gives you food for thought and brightens your day. If you are a Christian, a leader, or enjoy a good laugh—then this blog is for you.

I typically post twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays. To make sure you don’t miss my newest posts, you can subscribe via RSS or email.

MY BIOGRAPHY

I live in Northeast Texas, and have the greatest family in the world. My parents and three sisters are the joy of my life.

I have enjoyed the pleasure of traveling through many countries across the world and have a history of attempting crazy physical feats on these vacations that I shouldn’t.
(This has resulted in a terrifying descent from Pike’s Peak after a 12 mile climb on a freezing, foggy night with a soldier in an Army Hummer, and throwing up at the top of a rock fortress overlooking the Dead Sea in Israel after climbing it in blistering heat.)

I love good books, cycling, technology, music, sports, and pizza.

In addition to many interests, ventures, and pursuits,  I am also a computer guy for a Pharmaceutical company, and an aspiring author.

My writings have featured on such sites pastors.com and michaelhyatt.com, and have reached over a quarter of a million people in the last year in over 140 of the world’s 194 countries.

I am also the founder of PastorAid.org, a website that offers ideas, resources, and encouragement for pastors.
