I’m passionate about helping people and organizations reach their fullest potential.

My journey has been anything but linear, spanning non-profits, healthcare, technology, sales, marketing, and human resources. Each chapter sharpened my perspective on life, leadership, and excellence.

I’m an avid learner, analytical thinker, and endlessly curious.
At heart, I’m a teacher— and love speaking, writing, and coaching about things I’m passionate about, like organizational health and leadership development.

I’m honored to currently serve as part of the amazing team that leads GSC Enterprises, Inc., a legacy-rich wholesale distributor with five divisions and more than 800 employees.

I serve on multiple boards and advisory groups, and have more hobbies than I probably should. I play six instruments, have written a book, travelled the world, and was once rescued off a mountain-top by special forces (long story).

I’m a husband to the most incredible woman I know, and a dad to five amazing kids who teach me far more than I teach them.
